A little about me

I've been using a sewing machine since I was a little girl. Sitting at the sewing machine I was so young that my feet wouldn't touch the floor and I couldn't push the foot pedal. Luckily the old Singer had a knee pedal. In junior high school it was mandatory to take "Home Economics" where we learned to cook and sew for our future husbands. Well, that didn't turn out so well . . . the husband I mean. But I did enjoy the sewing lessons. I'm also an artist and got my BFA in 2010. I enjoy drawing, painting, collage, art journals, and assemblage (besides crochet, sewing, and other needlework).
